I’ve always found it tricky to understand how much to lift/squat/press to improve power on the bike. Too much working out builds bodyweight and can leave your legs dead for a bike ride, but too little and it’s ineffective. For those of us who do a mix of training, this blog gives some simple weight based targets depending on your chosen cycling discipline. Enjoy the workout and remember “Sweat is just your fat crying”.
